Why do I have to provide my email adress?
You will receive a booking confirmation and the booked parking ticket by email. With your email address, you can call up and print out the parking ticket again at a later point in time.
How do I receive my parking tickets?
After successful booking and payment, please print out the parking tickets yourself. There is no postal dispatch of the tickets.
What to do if tickets are lost?
Please call up your parking ticket and print it out again. The required login data was sent to you by email with the booking confirmation.
How can I pay?
You can choose between credit card (VISA and MasterCard), SEPA direct debit, giropay, iDEAL and PayPal.
Am I guaranteed my booked parking space?
Definitely! We guarantee you a parking space for every parking ticket you buy.
How many parking tickets may I book?
You can book up to 10 tickets. For larger contingents, please contact us by email: info@apag.de.
Return of parking tickets
After completed booking and payment, the return of parking tickets is not possible.
When does my booked car park open?
The car parks open one hour before the start of the event if not stated otherwise.
Where is my booked parking space?
You book your parking ticket directly for a specific parking area. This enables you to arrive in a targeted manner. A list and location description of all parking areas around the tournament site can be found in the overview of the parking areas on apag.de/chio.
The parking ticket entitles you to a single entry and exit of the booked parking area (highlighted on your PDF parking ticket, subject to change without notice). Please also pay attention to the signage on site.
Can I travel by bike?
Absolutely! We offer a surveillanced bicycle stand directly at the tournament site, which can be booked in cash directly on site.
Can I park my mobile home in the APAG-parking areas?
No, we only offer car parking spaces.
Where to park and charge my an e-vehicle during the CHIO?
We offer charging facilities in the Car Park Eurogress (P16) and in the Car park Couvenstraße.
- A parking ticket for the Car park Eurogress does not guarantee a free e-charging space.
- In the Car park Couvenstraße you can park your e-vehicle at the current short-term parking rate.
If you are not an APAG Mobility-Key customer, you will be charged at your provider's rate. Information on the current availability of charging points can be found on our website.
